i've been wanting to sample the food at Sun with Moon Japanese Dining and Cafe ever since i heard about their delectable tofu cheesecake.
not just any other japanese cheesecake, but cheesecake soft and silken due to the addition of tofu and served dramatically in a bird cage.
now that's not something you get in any ol' restaurant, or even any of the more well-known japanese food outlets.
hearing my brother rave about the quality and quantity of the food and ingredients made my mouth water and got my brain chanting
"i need tofu cheesecake, i need tofu cheesecake, i need tofu cheesecake..."

I NEED TOFU CHEESECAKE!
(and whatever else they serve there, only because dessert always comes after a proper meal. bah.)
